Our drivers and dispatchers rely on us to be honest and clear about each shipment’s requirements and to go to bat for them when challenges arise. Our driver’s are responsible for quarter million dollar machines and the cargo that keeps America running – and yet too often in our industry brokers treat them like machines they can boss around. That’s why we promise to always be honest, to help you collect your fair detention pay when appropriate and to respect drivers’ time and sleep by not calling on their break outside of extremely rare emergencies – or else we’re paying for it. If your driver is ever called on his break after sharing his ELD or hours with us, expect $25 added to your paycheck.
